Essentially, yes. OurSainsburys is the new name for the digital workspace. It hosts your payslips, shifts (Kronos), HR records (Workday), and colleague discounts. All credentials previously used for MySainsburys have been migrated to the new system.

3. How to Log In (Step-by-Step)
- Enter your Email: Use your official Sainsbury’s colleague email. This usually follows the format
username@sainsburys.co.uk(e.g.,12345678@sainsburys.co.ukorfirstname.lastname@sainsburys.co.uk). - Password: Enter the password provided during your induction or the one you created during your first login.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Because the portal contains sensitive data, you will be prompted to verify your identity via the Microsoft Authenticator App or a text message code sent to your registered mobile phone.
